Order processing

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During drop launches, please allow up to 5 business days.

Australia

All Australian orders are sent with Australia Post.

Standard: $12 (2–7 business days)
Express: $15 (1–3 business days)

International

We ship internationally with Australia Post.

New Zealand: $20 AUD (5–10 business days)
UK, Europe, US, Canada, Asia + UAE: $15 AUD (7–15 business days)
Philippines: $15 AUD (10–25 business days)

We currently ship to New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, all countries in the European Union, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, the Philippines and the United Arab Emirates.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. You'll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

Duties + taxes

United States: Duties and import taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there are no extra charges on delivery.
All other international orders: Import duties and taxes may apply on arrival and are the responsibility of the customer. Parcels refused due to unpaid charges can't be refunded.
