These terms apply to your use of deijames.com and any purchase you make from Deijames. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Deijames is based on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.

1. Products + colours

We do our best to display our products and colours accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product measurements are approximate, so please refer to the size guide on each product.

2. Limited drops

Our releases are made in limited quantities and are available while stock lasts. We may limit the quantity of any product per customer or per order, and we may cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers or automated software. If an order is cancelled, you'll receive a full refund.

3. Pricing + payment

All prices on this website are shown in Australian dollars unless you've selected another currency. Australian prices include GST. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payment is taken at the time of order.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It's accepted once we dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud, and we'll refund you in full.

5. Shipping, duties + taxes

Delivery times are estimates only. International customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes, except where stated otherwise. See our Shipping page for full details.

6. Returns + your consumer rights

Our Returns & Exchanges page sets out our returns and exchange policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a remedy for faulty items.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Deijames name, logo, images and text, belongs to Deijames and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
